Specialist Subsidiaries & Transfer Pricing (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing

• In this role, you will support International Subsidiaries Management in all administrative matters
• The subsidiary management is key in enabling Linde to provide a global and accurate overview of all existing Linde subsidiaries and other investments which comprises over 800 entities in more than 100 countries
• You will continuously maintain and ensure the quality of the Linde GEMS (Global Entity Management System) database, which includes the corporate data of all Linde Group companies and participations worldwide
• You actively support the administration of the subsidiary database Linde GEMS and data entry as well as preparing reports and analyses on the basis of Linde GEMS for internal departments of the Linde Group
• Creation and distribution of the Org Chart Handbook and support in administrating and developing the Power App for the Capital Measure approvals are also part of this position
• Beyond that, you will be assisting the Global Tax Department in managing and improving all of Linde’s transfer pricing aspects globally
• In this area the position provides a start into the area of International Tax and Transfer Pricing and contributes to fulfil Linde’s requirements in this regard
• You will be assisting in the development and implementation of all central intercompany transactions
• In addition, you will support in preparing annual reports, tax returns and other reporting requirements and assisting in preparing transfer pricing documentations and agreements for intercompany transactions
• You will review transfer pricing documentations of foreign subsidiaries

What makes you great

• You have completed your commercial training or Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or economics
• Further you possess basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles (US GAAP and Local GAAP) and are willing to further develop knowledge
• You are numbers-savvy and enjoy working with large data sets, ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy and attention to detail
• You are interested in international tax and are motivated to develop knowledge in this area
• Beyond that your work style is very structured, efficient, self-motivated and you demonstrate a high willingness to learn and develop personally
• As a team player, you possess great intercultural communication and cooperation skills, as well as fluency in English and German and the ability to understand legal language in German
