Tasks
- You are part of the Digital Solutions team in the People & Organization area and drive data-based decision-making in human resources issues.
- You will be responsible for developing an HR data governance framework for Workday and SAP HCM.
- You develop a data catalog and advise on the optimal use of HR data and the use of AI
- By identifying additional relevant data sets and integrating data sources, you enable comprehensive insights.
- You identify trends in the digital environment and anticipate them when developing data strategies
- You support the establishment of a data mindset and work closely with other HR teams to continuously optimize end-to-end data collection.
Requirements
- You are experienced in project management and have a completed academic university degree (master's degree in business informatics, computer science) or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have initial experience in people analytics, data strategy or (generative) artificial intelligence
- You have in-depth knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- You have very good analytical and conceptual skills and you enjoy being a problem solver
- You impress with an independent and proactive way of working as well as a hands-on mentality
